for Solo branch, Central Java

Responsibilities:

The incumbent will report to Support Manager. He / She is responsible to taking care of all employment aspect on a particular Lotte branch that may include but not limited to industrial relations, employee compliance, overtime, coaching, and training. The ideal candidate must willing to work on shift on a retail industry setting.

 Requirements:

• Point of hire: Solo, East Java
  



• Comprehends with Human Resources aspects such Recruiting, Compensation & Benefit, Training Management, Organization & People Development, Industrial Relation , Labor Law

• Comprehends with General Affairs aspects such maintenance building / equipment, risk & security, community development

• Minimum education is a degree (S1) in Psychology / Human Resources Management / Management / Legal, with minimum GPA of 2.75 from a reputable university
  

• Minimum 3 years experience in the related field

• Maximum age is 35 years old
  

• Preferably has good command of English

• Strong ability to maintain effective working relations with employees and vendors
  

• Working knowledge of personal computers including word processing, database and spreadsheet applications

• Smart, team player, honest, hardworker and dependable

• Sufficient skills to listen and ascertain the needs of employees, ability to find and communicate accurate information concerning process, policies and procedures to employees, ability to respond to employees and government official tactfully and courteously
