Anugrah Group International (AGI) is a non-government and development-oriented organization established in Jakarta to meet the high demand for coal throughout the world. Legally registered with the Ministry of Law in 2008, AGI developed from Anugrah Batu Hirang, a coal mining company that was established in 2001, which transformed into a mining company dealing with local and international buyers.
AGI went on expanding its roster of services included but not limited for mining contractor, exploration consultancy, drilling contractor and mining designer . Moreover, AGI has extended its operations to include several provinces of Sumatra Island such as Riau, South Ogan Komering Ulu municipalities at South of Sumatra and Pasaman municipalities of West of Sumatra.
HR & GA Staff
- To be a successful in the position, you will be:
- Holding a minimum of S1 degree in psychology, law or management
- Having a minimum of 2 years experience in human resource & general affair
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Having high integrity, good interpersonal skill, hard worker
- Having knowledge and experience in handling Training, Recruitment, Manpower Regulation and implementation
- Having knowledge in resuming monthly reports for HR & GA department such as recruitment report, purchasing report, office supply report, etc
- Language Competency Bahasa Indonesia, English active & passive
- Familiar with pressure of high target environment
- You will be in charge in:
- Responsible to manage and control all HR function both Organizational Development and HR Operations, including provide appropriate HR strategic roles to achieve company's objectives
- Managing and controlling all General Affair activity to support operational of AGI office in area
- Responsible to controlling & making report of outsource staff
- Having coordination with HR & GA subsidiary
