Requirement

1. Male / Female, age max. 40  years old
2. Hold Min. S1 degree from reputable university
3. 8 years experience in human resources management.
4. Depth knowledge and experiences in handling human resources management  (performance management, compensation benefit, people development, organization development, personnel, industrial relation, etc.)
5. High motivation, integrity, good interpersonal/communication skill, good team player .
6. Excellent in English (Oral & Written)
