SECRETARY / ADMINISTRATION STAFF
Main Duty :
Providing clerical and administrative support, either as part of a team or individually, take ownership of specific projects as well as coordinate and implement office procedures, be responsible for overseeing junior staff.
Key Responsibilities :
- Using a variety of software packages to produce correspondence & documents, maintain presentations, spreadsheets and databases.
- Arranging meetings, taking minutes and keeping notes.
- Invoicing.
- Setting up and maintaining a petty cash system .
- Looking after budgets.
- Liaising with members of staff in other departments and external contacts.
- Ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment supplies.
- Devising and maintaining office systems.
- Organizing and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information.
- Training junior staff and delegating work as require! d.
- Arranging travel and accommodation.
Requirements :
- Candidates should posses at least a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Management or social sciences. Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Female, maximum of age : 27 years.
- Skill required : MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio.
- Required languages : Bahasa Indonesia, English. Other foreign languages will be a value added.
- Potential candidates will need to show evidence of the following : organizational skill, the ability to plan your own work, the ability to manage pressure and conflicting demands and prioritize tasks, oral and written communication skills in Bahasa & English, tact and discretion, a pleasant, confident telephone manner, the ability to work on your own initiative, team work, reliability and honesty.
