SECRETARY / ADMINISTRATION STAFF

Main Duty :

Providing clerical and administrative support, either as part of a team or individually, take ownership of specific projects as well as coordinate and implement office procedures, be responsible for overseeing junior staff.

Key Responsibilities :

  1. Using a variety of software packages to produce correspondence & documents, maintain presentations, spreadsheets and databases.
  2. Arranging meetings, taking minutes and keeping notes.
  3. Invoicing.
  4. Setting up and maintaining a petty cash system .
  5. Looking after budgets.
  6. Liaising with members of staff in other departments and external contacts.
  7. Ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment supplies.
  8. Devising and maintaining office systems.
  9. Organizing and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information.
  10. Training junior staff and delegating work as require! d.
  11. Arranging travel and accommodation.


Requirements :

  • Candidates should posses at least a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Management or social sciences. Fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Female, maximum of age : 27 years.
  • Skill required : MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio.
  • Required languages : Bahasa Indonesia, English. Other foreign languages will be a value added.
  • Potential candidates will need to show evidence of the following : organizational skill, the ability to plan your own work, the ability to manage pressure and conflicting demands and prioritize tasks, oral and written communication skills in Bahasa & English, tact and discretion, a pleasant, confident telephone manner, the ability to work on your own initiative, team work, reliability and honesty.
