HRD Site Superintendent
Requirements :
- Male, max 45 years old
- Minimum 5 (five) years experience in the same level
- Bachelor degree from law faculty
- Fluent in English both oral & written
- Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet
- Good health and able to work under pressure with good result and always seek best solution to solve problem
- Experienced in recruitment, training & development, payroll, and industrial relations
- Well understanding about man power regulation
- To be based in Eastern Indonesia (Halmahera island), with rotation schedule . Preferable experience working in the Site Project

Max 40 years old
Bachelor degree from faculty of mining engineering / geology
Minimum 5 (five) years experience in mining company
Posses managerial ability such as planning, organizing, controlling and executing to all mining activities (heavy equipment, man power, etc)
Able to plan short term, middle term and long term of mining process
Good understanding about HSE / K3 procedures
Possessed POP certificate will be an advantage
Fluent in English both oral & written
Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet
Leadership and people management skills with cross culture communication capabilities
Ability to motivate subordinates to achieve objectives of the department
Will be located in remote area, with rotation schedule
