Medical Record
Role will include:
Compile and maintain patient's medical records to document condition and treatment, to provide data for research or cost control and care improvement efforts, Identify, compile, abstract and code patient data, using standard classification systems, Review records for completeness, accuracy and compliance with regulations, ICD X.
General Requirements:
- Min . D3 Degree from Medical Record
- Min. 1 years experience in similar position
- English active and good communication skill
- Age max 30 yrs old
