Requirement and Qualifications :

• Male/Female, max 35 years old
• Min Bachelor's degree (S 1)
• Min . 3 year experience handling recruitment & training development (preferably from hospitality/service industry)
• Deep understanding Recruitment, Training & Development
• Evaluate training result according to performance & employee attitude
• Good communication & presentation skill
