Purchasing Executive
Job Description:
- Manage current Supplier Database.
- Handle request of products and quotations from Sales Department.
- Outsource new suppliers and products.
- Handle import documents and cooperate with logictic companies for custom clearance.
- Assisting Purchasing Manager in doing his/her tasks.
Requirements:
- Must have a strong willingness and eager to learn about new things.
- Must be able to communicate smoothly and negotiate smartly.
- Must be able to operate the computer and basic office softwares such as MS Word, Excel, the Internet.
- Must be creative in outsourcing new suppliers and products as per requests by the Sales Department.
- English skill is a must have
