AN ESTABLISHED COMPANY WITH ACTIVITIES IN OIL & GAS SAFETY OPERATION SERVICES IS SEEKING QUALIFIED AND COMPETENT PERSON TO FILL THE POSITION BELOW:
RECEPTIONIST
The selected candidate shall be responsible for the overall smooth and efficient daily office administration;
Qualifications:
- Female
- Age: Minimum 23 years old
- Minimum Diploma degree in administration, secretarial, business or other related educational background .
- Having Minimum 1 year experiences in handling administration/secretarial task, including contract and tender process also familiar with general affairs of office matters.
- English is compulsory
- Capable understanding and ability to use Microsoft Word and Excel
- Willingness to learn and progress
- Must be able to work under pressure or meet deadline in a teamwork as well as independently when required
- Pleasant, friendly, self-starter, self-disciplined, physically fit and mature personality.
