HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER (HRM)

To manage  full spectrum of Human Resources activities of the organization for mainly Teaching Staffs and also non – Teaching Staffs (supporting staffs), the candidate should have the following details :

1. Degree / Diploma with minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
2. Ability to m anage and established system of recruitment and retention policies
3. Applying all disciplinary character to all organization system with punishment followed by compensation administration
4. Ability to provide leadership, motivation in coaching and counseling
5. Estimate of personal capacity building
6. Ability to sustaining organization culture, values and ethical practices
7. Familiar with labor and employment (DEPNAKER) system in Republic of Indonesia
8. Fluent in English, spoken and written
