HR EXECUTIVE

Requirements:

• Degree in Psychology
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in Human Resources
• High degree of self-initiative
• Well organized and able to prioritize various topics
• Detailed and careful working attitude
• Customer Focused - Strong service mentality to serve our customers
• Strong character, multitasking person and able to work under pressure
• Having vision to develop organization and intention to develop continuous improvement
• Able to negotiate and discuss critical HR topics with Management
• Able to communicate on all hierarchy levels

The Job:

• Handle recruitment process and administrative tasks required
• Responsible for management of contracts and ensure internal compliance with regards to the procurement of services
• Provide guidance for orientation of new staff
• Provide support for implementation of employee relation; personnel issues/activities; correspondence; general office and administrative tasks
• Work in various projects related to Human Capital Development
• Provide support for design of course materials for training, preparation and facilitation of training courses, performing miscellaneous duties related to training and development
• Facilitate communication and cooperation among units and human resources
