Duties

1. HR full function (Recruitment, Payroll and Training) for Indonesia
2. Assist Group HR Manager to establish policies base on Local Labor Law and regulations.
3. Employee relationship
Qualification

1. University degree (above) holder
2. Fluent English and Malay (oral and writing)
3. knowledge of Chinese is a plus
4. at least 5 years of HR full function experiences and at 30 people or above scale of company
5. have understanding of local labor law, policies and culture

Skill

1 . should be a team player individual contributor
2. good EQ and work under pressure
2. must be mature, positive and flexible
3. Good at communication and negotiation
