CGGVeritas is a leading geophysical services company providing worldwide services to the oil and gas industry. As part of our business growth strategy, we are seeking to develop talent for the position of a Receptionist for the Jakarta Office.
Receptionist
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer, screen and direct telephone calls
- Connect telephone calls to external parties
- Take down and relay messages
- Answer queries to callers
- Greet visitors and direct them to the correct location
- Receive, sort mail and deliveries
- Deal with queries from public and customers
- Schedule appointments and organize meetings
- General administrative and clerical support
- Tidy and maintain the reception area
Requirements:
- Earned high school degree
- Minimum 3 years experience working as Receptionist
- Fluent in English both in verbal and written
- Good knowledge of Word, Excel and other office software
- Good knowledge of administrative and clerical work
- Good knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Attention to details
