Payroll Senior Officer
Job Responsibility :
- Responsible for the accurate and timely payment of salaries and wages to Employees.
- Review & maintain Salary Scale & Grading system.
- Design and implement Annual Salary Increase & Bonus scheme based on Performance Metric.
- Review and produce payroll Tax (monthly & yearly)
- Make the best use from implemented Human Resources Information System (HRIS)
- Collaborate with Regional HR Payroll team.
- Produce periodic Payroll, Compensation & Benefit reports.
Job Requirement :
- Female, maximum 28 years old
- Experience in Payroll position for at least 5 years
- Experience in managing computerised payroll systems handling large volumes of data
- Detailed knowledge of Manpower Regulation affecting payment of salaries, provision of benefits and employee Tax
- Broad knowledge of compensation & benefit best practise, such as : Insurance scheme, Executive Benefits, Pension Plan, etc.
- Detail oriented and strong analytical thinking
- Can work with minimum supervision
