Human Resources Manager (HRM)
Main objective:
- Responsible for the strategic plan of the human resources function . In charge of recruitment, training & development, compensation, staff welfare and facilities; formulate policies and supervise policy and legal compliance.
- Develop and administer the overall HR programs and policies to ensure the availability and effective use of competent human resources to achieve profitability and business objectives.
Main Responsibilities:
Strategic Management
- Develop appropriate human resources strategies and plans under the operating environment that will contribute to profitable business growth
- Establish and direct the organization's human resources programs and activities to ensure the best interest of key stakeholders
- Leverage best demonstrated practices from other markets and bring them into the local context
Human Resources Function
- Planning, coordinating and controlling all activities related to personnel in terms of recruitment and selection, personnel procedure, policies and payroll. Writing and manualization of work system, job descriptions and management guide.
- Develop and maintain an integrated system for planning the human resources management
- Work closely with senior management to ensure optimal organizational structures are in place to meet business objectives
Employee Relations
- Monitor industrial relations and employee relations developments to prevent disputes
- Review, conceptualize and implement responsive programs for increased associate involvement and harmonious relationships
Organizational Development
- Supportive of the company's vision and thrusts, perform organizational reviews and analysis and recommend programs and activities that will contribute to increased organizational health and effectiveness
- Utilize human resources potential through effective communications and leadership of a motivated, properly selected, adequately trained and compensated group of associates
- Develop and foster a positive, high performance culture within the organization and build alignment of systems, processes and practices within the organization
Financial Management
Conduct and control employee remuneration system.
Requirements:
- University degree in Human Resources Management/ Psychology or other Social Sciences
- 5 to 10 years human resources working experience in multinational company environment or large domestic company
- Familiar with Manpower regulations/Indonesian Labor Law and its implementation; understanding of employee tax
- Confident personality, communicative, conceptual thinker and negotiator
- Proficiency in English both verbal and written
