Hatten-meaning "progress"- was established in 1994. The family owned company is 100%
Balinese and is based in Sanur, Bali. In the early 1960's the family started with the production of
rice wine "Brem", a version of the famous Arak.
Hatten has over 70 staffs, employed in the 3 main locations: the vineyard, 14.5 hectares in
Singaraja on the north/east of Bali, the winery in Sanur and the Distribution office in Simpang
Siur, Kuta.
Now hatten has more than 1.600 customers in Bali, Lombok, Java, Kalimantan, and Sulawesi .

HR & GA Manager
Qualifications:
- Male/Female, above 35 years old
- Minimum Bachelor Degree
- Minimum 5 years of working excperience in related position at managerial level
- In depth knowledge in the whole aspects of Human Resources Management, labor laws and regulations
- Excellent managerial, communication and team working skills
- Fast learner and literate to the business process, excellent analytical and problem solving skills, wide perspectives, and flexible
- Excellent problem solving and strong leadership skills, particularly in relation to organization, planning, communication and team working
- Working experience in manufacturing company is preferred
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- The Selection will be done in Bali - Kuta
- Willing to be located in Bali - Kuta
