Freight Operation Officer
Job Description
Reporting to : Freight Manager
Duties & Responsibility
- Responsible for all freight booking assignments (ordering container pertaining the daily plan) and fill to TRMS system; servicing all PT YCH INDONESIA customers.
- Responsible in ensuring all the order process are done on time for operation department to follow up in the picking and loading activities.
- Responsible in ensuring all daily plans are executed on time. (Booked containers arriving in YCH and outbound to meet the vessel launch in time)
- Responsible in ensuring operation and QA prepares all the planned shipments on time.
- Responsible in ensuring all documents are ready for loaded containers for outbound.
- Providing Weekly AVL update with schedules for all sea freight lanes by zone to customers and YCH management timely.
- Providing Daily Monitoring Sea freight Shipment Report (ETD,ETA, Lead time, TAT and Demurrages) to customers and YCH management.
- Responsible to maintain a high level of Customer Service level for all customers
- Responsible in responding to all enquiry, complain or feedback from customers or YCH management on time.
- Responsible to perform all tasks including those of administrative nature by the Superior
- Responsible for up-keeping the image of PT YCH Indonesia to the public.

Requirements:

Candidate must posses at least a Diploma degree (preferably in related field).

Have experience in the related field will be an advantage.

Able to speak, read and write in Bahasa Indonesia and understand English.

Know how to operate computer.

Hold a PPJK certificate.
