Compensation & Benefit Manager
- Bachelor's Degree (S1), majoring in Accounting / Tax / Economic from reputable university.
- Age between 30 – 35 years old.
- Have minimum 3 (three) years experience in handling payroll, compensation & benefit.
- Responsible in the process of remuneration calculation .
- Having ability to review and design compensation and benefits.
- Having ability to do benchmarking and salary survey.
- Ready to work under time constraint.
