EXECUTIVE PERSONAL ASSISTANT (LADY STAFF) - 1 position

Responsibilities:

• Support Director in daily operations .
• Co-ordinate with Sales Operations Staff in refining the office processes and procedures.

Requirements:

• S1 or D3 in Marketing, Business Admin, Accountancy, Secretarial.
• Good command of English (spoken and written) is a MUST.
• MINIMUM 2-3 year experience in similar capacity.
• Proficient in office productivity tools (Power point, Word and especially Excel).
• Meticulous and neat in work.
• Articulate and have excellent communication skills.
• Hard-working & able to take stress.
• Ladies preferred.
