Sales Coordinator (Indonesia market)
Responsibilities:
- Prepare Quotation
- Arrange appointment with Customers
- Cold Calling to New Customer and arrange meeting if require.
- Prepare Powerpoint Presentation and sales tools.
- Sample arrangement.
- Upkeeping of filing system .
- Advise notice of arrival, invoice to customers and arrange local delivery services.
- Stock recording and maintenance.
- Account book keeping maintenance.
Requirements:
- Graduate or diploma in Accounting/Logistic Management/Supply Chain Management/Business/Management/Marketing
- Prior working experience in Shipping /accounting / Freight-forwarding / sales/chemicals Industries is preferred.
- Customer Service Orientated
- Able to work on own initiative with minimal supervision
- Reliable (in order to take responsibility and ownership of completing assignments)
- Self Motivated, independent, result-oriented and able to work under pressure.
- Able to communicate in English – Writing and speaking.
