Legal & HRD
Requirements:
- Male/ Female
- Bachelor in Law Degree from reputable university with concentrate in business law.
- Minimum 4 years experiences in law firm or telecommunication/ multimedia industry is an advantage.
- Knowledge and practical comprehension of legal aspect concerning reviewing contract and contract drafting, corporate law, IPR and labor law.
- Have good Negotiation, Interpersonal & People skills and demonstrate a high degree of common sense, initiative and in-depth expertise in general commercial matters.
- Ability to provide practical legal advice to all business operation of Company.
- Able to work independently with less supervision.
- Proficient in MS office application
- Possess good communication skill in Indonesian and English.
- Willing to work at Kelapa Gading – North Jakarta
