Purpose:

Bocorocco Italia is seeking bright, energetic, motivated team members as Italian-speaking International Assistant.

This position works closely with senior managerial or directorial staff to provide administrative support, usually on a one – to - one basis. International Assistant works to make the best use of their time by dealing with secretarial, administrative tasks and providing various analysis to the managerial staffs.

Italian-speaking International Assistant

Key Accountabilities:

  • screening telephone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate;
  • meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority;
  • Organising and maintaining diaries and making appointments;
  • dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of their manager;
  • taking dictation and minutes;
  • carrying out background research and presenting findings;
  • producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations;
  • organising and attending meetings and ensuring their manager is well-prepared for meetings;
  • liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff;
  • deputising for the manager, making decisions and delegating work to others in the manager's absence;
  • devising and maintaining office systems, including data management, filing, etc.;

Qualifications:

Ringkasan Tugas:

  1. Bertanggungjawab atas pengelolaan dan pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia secara menyeluruh diantaranya strategi penyusunan organisasi, strategi perencanaan pekerja (man power planning), strategi rekrutmen dan seleksi, strategi penempatan pekerja, strategi pelatihan dan pengembangan, strategi penilaian kinerja (performance management system), strategi penyusunan dan pengembangan kompetensi, dan strategi kompensasi / pengupahan (compensation & benefit)
