HR Staff (Jakarta Raya)

Requirements:

• Male / Female, age between 23 – 35 years old
• Education Bachelor degree major in Psychology / Law from a reputable University with GPA at least 2.80
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience to the related field.
• Candidate must possess all HR Competencies (Recruitment, Training & Development, Performance Management and Compensation Management)
• Able to work in a team with internal and external department
• Able to handle permits (Expatriate & local worker, Company licenses, etc)
• Knowledgeable about Environmental, Safety & Health.
• Efficient and fast learner.
• Able to operate computer particularly Office tool Software.
• Able to work in a tight working schedule and minimum control.
• Hard worker, nature, creative and able to work in a team.
• High self motivation and result oriented.
• Able to join im! mediately.
