HR COMPENSATION AND BENEFIT SUPERVISOR (CNB)
You are responsible:
- To manage payroll and tax Pph 21, insurance, Jamsostek, medical claims and other related
- Reviewing & analyzing compensation and benefit policies
Qualifications:
- Age max 28 years old
- Min . S1 degree from reputable University, in any major preferably in Accounting, with GPA ≥ 2.75
- Having min 2 years experiences in the same position
- Familiar and understanding tax Pph 21 is an advantage
- Excellent in MS. Excel
- Proficient in HRIS program would be an advantage (Sunfish)
- Able to work under pressure and commit to deadline
- Data oriented with strong interpersonal skills
