Legal and HRD
Requirements:
- Female
- Max 30
- Bachelor in Law Degree from reputable university
- 2 years of relevant experience
- Experiences in law firm is an advantage .
- Experience in HRD ( payroll, training, etc)
- Knowledge and practical comprehension of legal aspect concerning reviewing contract and contract drafting, corporate law, IPR and labor law.
- Have good Negotiation, Interpersonal & People skills and demonstrate a high degree of common sense, initiative and in-depth expertise in general commercial matters.
- Ability to provide practical legal advice to all business operation of Company.
- Able to work independently with less supervision.
- Proficient in MS office application
- Possess good communication skill in Indonesian and English.
- Willing to work at Cilegon, Banten if needed
