Requirements :
- Female, age maximum 30 years old
- Bachelor Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management or other relevant disciplines
- At least 1 years of all around HR experience in managerial position in Retail Industry
- Experience in setting and developing HR function eg: Recruitment, Training & Development, compensation & benefit .
- Strong analytical and organizational skill
- Computer literate and language proficiency in English (active)
- Highly of committed, integrity and accountability
