CUSTOMER CARE GENERALIST (CCC-GEN)
Responsibility
- To act at the front line in the company in providing general information and quick & right response / answer to the Customers professionally to increase customer satisfaction .
- To manage/process of order entry ( mainly product), invoicing, delivery order, backlog orders, DPOP, daily report , weekly report and monthly report of order and filing.
Requirements
- D3/S1 in Economy/Administration/Secretary from Reputable University
- Experience 2 Years in same field
- Good Communication Skill & having good speed in typing
- Understand Tax Regulations, General Computer Literate.
- Fully aware with Customer satisfaction.
- Good in English Oral & Written
- Contract based
