HR SUPERVISOR / STAFF
General Requirements:
- Male, max. 35 years old
- Minimum Diploma (D3)
- Has min. 3 years experiences in all HR field (Recruitment, Training and Industrial Relation)
- Has experience in developing Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) based on ISO
- Understand and implementation about ISO 14000 & 9001
- Able to coordinate & work with other unit
- Maintain personnel database and records including current and new employees
- Computer literate and self motivated
- A good team player
