HR MANAGER

Below are the qualifications:

• Capable in defining, managing and controlling the implementation of HRD programs, in accordance with the company's HRD policies.
• Possesses experiences in implementing and coordinating job analysis, job evaluation and grading process .
• Able to develop, implement and coordinate career planning and succession planning programs for the employees.
• Capable in providing coaching and counseling to employees to create a harmonious working climate.
• Able to Manage recruitment, performance management, people and learning development, employee and industrial relation, policy and compensation and benefit activities.
• Possesses good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Male / female with 5-7 years of experience in related position in any kind of industries.
