HRD MANAGER
R equirements:
- Bachelor Degree of related major (Human Resources Management/ Law / Psychology from Reputable University)
- Male with Min age 35 years old
- 5+ years of professional experience providing personnel management to 250+ employees (industry)
- Able to speak and write in English.
- Highly skilled in human relation, good interpersonal and management skill.
- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Able to work independently and detailed oriented.
- Solid integrity with pro-active & positive attitude and commitment to perform and deliver result.
- Knowledge of Indonesian Labor Laws, Jamsostek and with strong track record in handling employee relation is an advantage
- Ability to develop procedures and methods
- Ability to organize, evaluate, and present info effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Possess leadership, integrity, highly analytical skil! l, team-work.
