Human Resource Information System
Responsibilities:
- Perform Compensation & Benefit analysis
- Administer employee database on HR system
- Act as HR business process analyst
- Work with IT and HR user to develop and maintain HR system
- Train HR user on using the HR system
- Develop HR SOP & HR Workflow
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Information System, Industrial Engineering, Computerized Accounting with GPA min 3.00
- Experience in HR would be an advantage, fresh graduates with advance MS . Excel are welcome to apply
- Having good logic & analytical ability
- Fluent in English
