HR-GA OFFICER

General Requirements:

• Male, age between 25 – 30 years old.
• Graduate from a reputable university with minimum S1 (sarjana) degree in Law is a must with minimum GPA 3.00 from scale 4.
• Have English fluency in reading, writing and speaking.
• Have excellence administration, filling, supervisory and communication skill.
• Experience in HR Division at least 2 years in with at least 500 employees.
• Experience in supervisor level in HR is a must.
• Strong orientation towards data integrity and security, quality control, and superb attention to detail
• Ability to read and interpret HR documents and terminology
• Ability to define and solve practical problems, collect data, establish facts and present valid conclusions for management considera
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and proven experience applying these skills
• Must be flexible and able to work effectively in a fast paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group
• Have excellence practical knowledge about employee recruitment process.
• Computer literate in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point application.
• Able to work as an individual and as a team . Highly motivated, have a strong self determined personality and able to work under high presure working environment.
