Plan, direct, or coordinate compensation and benefits activities and staff of an organization
Requirements:
- Education : Bachelor Degree
- Experience :
- Min . 2 year in current position
- Compensation & Benefit Certification
- 3 years experience in compensation and benefits management in medium to large size company, in management or corporate specialist level
- Computer Literate : Microsoft office (excel), Lotus Notes and SAP User
- Language : Excellent of English both oral & written
- Other qualification :
- Good Interpersonal and communication skill
- Analytical Thinking
- Conceptu! al Thinking
