We are a fast growing Food Ingredients & Flavours Manufacturing Company. Currently we need a :

TRAINING OFFICER – PLACEMENT IN CORPORATE HRD & GA ( Code : TO )

Kualifikasi :

• Male / female, minimum 27 years old
  

• Degree in Psychology / Human Resources / Business Studies / Administration / Management with GPA min 2.75

• Experiences min . 2 years. Having background from FMCG is strong advantage.
  

• Good knowledge and experience in training design, training needs analysis, and training evaluation
  Wide networking and Data base
  

• Proactive, honest, enthusiast, creative, hardworking person, pressure persistent, able to thrive in fast-paced
  

• Knowledge of contract / work agreement and labor law

• Computer Literate - Microsoft Office ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint ), Internet Applications
