We are a fast growing Food Ingredients & Flavours Manufacturing Company. Currently we need a :

RECRUITMENT OFFICER – PLACEMENT IN CORPORATE HRD & GA ( Code : RO )

Kualifikasi :

• Male / female, minimum 27 years old

• S1 / S2 Psychology from reputable university ( profession certified are preferable )

• Experiences min . 2 years. Having background from FMCG is strong advantage.

• Familiar with Psychological test, such as administration & scoring.

• Familiar with assessment tools or having certification for DISC, MBTI, SHL, etc.

• Familiar with interview method & technique

• Wide networking and Data base

• Proactive, honest, enthusiast, creative, hardworking person, pressure persistent, able to thrive in fast-paced

• Knowledge of contract / work agreement and labor law

• Computer Literate - Microsoft Office ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint ), Internet Applications
