A well-established retail company is looking for young professionals as:

 


1 . TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT STAFF (TR)

Reporting to HRD & GA Manager, you will responsible to

  • Identify training needs.

  • Formulate the group's training plan.

  • Preparing the training modules and materials.

  • Develop customized in-house programs with relevant training modules and materials.

  • Conduct the customized training programs.

  • Source and recommend training programs from internal or external.

  • Ensure the quality of programs and evaluate training effectiveness of staff.

  • Establish training & performance records by intensive control and evaluation, rewards and punishment.

     

     


    2. RECRUITMENT STAFF (RC)

    Reporting to HRD & GA Manager, you will responsible to :

      • Manpower planning exercise for each financial year.

      • Develop recruitment advertisement concept and corporate format.

      • Create advertisement copy & explore recruitment sources.

      • Short listing of applications, psycho-test & conducting interviews for all positions up to entry manager level.

      • Liaise with all divisions on employment terms & pre-employment formalities.

      • Verify appointment letters / work contracts & prepare job descriptions.

      • Conduct reference checks on newly appointed employees.

        You should be :

        • A single FEMALE with attractive appearance is a must

        • Min S-1 degree from reputable university in related field; majoring in psychology (RC)

        • Have no less than 2 (two) years of proven track record in retail operation with deep knowledge in human resources area at fashion-related industry

        • Good in English (both oral & written); Mandarin would be an advantage

        • Positive mindset, ability to work in team and individually, effective communication and high standards of professionalism and result-oriented.

        • Attention to detail & trustworthy with pleasant personality

        • Willing to travel if required
