HR Manager
- Male/ Female, min 33 years old
- Bachelor degree from reputable university, preferably majoring in Psychology
- Minimum 3 years HRD experiences
- Understand life-cycle recruitment functions
- Having good knowledge in Training and Organization Development
- Understand and has good relationship with Depnaker
- Has good knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law
- Posses good command of English, both oral and written
- Computer literate
- Motivator and self driven
- Good interpersonal and Communication skill
- Having good personality skill in analysis .
- Able to work under pressure
