We are composed of experienced professionals who have been servicing clients in the FMCG, Telecommunications, Information Technology, and Financial Services. Our Jakarta office has deal with some of well known multi-national and local companies to help them looking for high calibre and selected candidate to support their growing organization. Currently we are recruiting on the behalf of our Clients in search of Human Resources Senior Manager conforming to the criteria below:
Human Resources Senior Manager
Qualification:
- Graduate of a reputable university, major in psychology/ law/ Business Administration with a GPA at least 3.00 in a scale of 4.00, MBA degree is a plus
- Male/ Female, age range 30-40
- Industry background specifically in Telco/FMCG
- Minimum 8 years experience in a similiar position in Public Listed Company/ large/ medium companies
- Experience in recruitment, job evaluation, grading system, balance score card, training plan, organization development, payroll etc
- Ability to develop, implement and maintain systems and procedures
- Ability to foster a cooperative work environment, handle work under pressure
- Sufficient IT orientation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
