Human Resource & Admin Executive
Job Requirements:
- Female/Male, 20-27 years of age
- Degree in Human Resource Management or minimum 3 years of HR experience
- Well-versed in Indonesia employment law and local code of practice
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Conscientious, meticulous, committed and able to work with minimum supervision
- Proficiency in MS Office
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, compensation and benefits, employees' relations, performance management, training and development
- Manage employees' data and leave administration
- Payroll processing and handling of income tax etc.
- General HR and office administration functions
