Training & Development Specialist
Report to HR Manager, this position will be responsible to:
- To analyze training need and implement training program with regard to organization development required.
- To input, analyze and monitor all training maters (record, report and materials).
- To analyze and recommend development programs.
- To update HR's infrastructures such as job profiles and job competencies.
Qualifications:
- Min . bachelor degree from any major, preferably from psychology or education.
- Min. 2 years experiences in Training & Development area.
- Able to deliver training & presentation.
- Having experiences in the area of Organization Development, Talent/Career Management will be preferred.
- Good communication skill, quick response, multi tasking and creative.
- Fluent in English for both oral and written.
- Familiar using Ms. Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
