Customer Relation Manager

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, any field.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Medan.
• Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
• Full-Time positions available.
• Have a excellent leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Active, initiative, negotiation capability & customer and services oriented, persuasive and able to manage emotional restrain.
• Capable in handling recruitment process, coaching, appraisal, assessment, able to conduct psychological test, knows about compensation & benefit, labor regulations (UU No.13 Tahun 2003), jamsostek or all related to General HR.
• Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
