Qualification:

Female
Age Range max 30 years old
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or Law from reputable university
Excellent knowledge in Recruitment, Performance Appraisal, Indonesia Labor Laws & Regulation .
Have a minimum 2 years experience working in HR department
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Strong Leadership Qualities, Self-starter with excellent Interpersonal Skills.
Positive attitude, outgoing, energetic, responsible, initiative and independent
Able to work under pressure, fast learner, hard worker, excellent in communications & interpersonal skills, independent and be multi - tasking.
