HR SAP Functional
Task & Responsibilities
- To develop HR SAP system according to company needs
- To coordinate & work with other unit (IT, User) in order to optimize HR system performance
- To develop HR SOP & HR work flow
- To socialize & train the use of HR system
- To support the implementation of SAP application in the unit
- To act as HR Business Process analyst
- Supervisor Level
Qualification Required
- Minimum education : Bachelor Degree
- Have experience in SAP HR Implementation
- Minimum three years experience in HRIS
- Strong skills in SAP HR Modules
- Understand general HR Business Process
- Hardworker & Fast Learner
