We are a fast growing retail and distribution company of lifestyles products in Indonesia. Currently we are in need of a passionate and self-driven professional who will assume the responsibility as a:

TRAINER

The Qualifications :

• Degree in Management/Psychology/Education or any related Social Sciences.
• Having 3 (three) years of working experience at the managerial position focusing on sales training, preferably having experience in retail fashion and/or retail food & beverage company.
• Mastering identification of training needs, designing training programs and product knowledge of training module, training for trainer, training evaluation and delivering training itself .
• Having an effective training skill and being able to combine professionalism and charisma in intelligently interacting with the team.
• Possessing good personality, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Having good command of English.
• Possessing strong leadership skills and good PC knowledge.
