Customer Service

R esponsibilities:

  • Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services.
  • Directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints

R equirements:

  • Bachelor Degree from any major with minimum 1 year of experience in Call
  • Center or Customer Service from insurance, banking or other financial services
  • Fluent in English, both oral & written
  • Good interpersonal skill with strong influence & persuasiveness
  • Strong customer services orientation
  • Excellent communication skill & teamwork
