We are member of Infracell Group which is specialized in cellular network infrastructure & IT services . Established and served several main-telecommunication operators for more than 12 years, We are now expanding our business into palm oil plantations
As a part of our fast growing business, we are currently looking for qualified candidates to fill the following position :
Human Resources Staff/Adm
RESPONSIBILITY
- Working closely with departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, implement policies and procedures
- Recruiting, includes developing job descriptions, preparing advertisements, selecting candidates
- Administering payroll and maintaining records relating to staff
- Planning and sometimes delivering training, inductions for new staff
REQUIREMENTS
- Male/Female, max 32 years old
- S1/D3 from a leading university with minimum GPA 2.75, majoring in Management, Law or Psychology
- Min 2 years experience
- Understand in all HR spectrums : recruitment, HR administration
- Good knowledge in manpower regulation and its implementation
- Good command i! n English is a must
- Self-motivated, initiative and able to work under minimum supervision
