A leading Environmental Service company in sludge oil recovery, tank cleaning, tank repair and dredging is looking for the Potential & Qualified candidates to fill in the following positions:
HUMAN RESOURCES SUPERVISOR - (Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
- Fully responsible for all aspects of HR function (i.e. recruitment, training & development, compensation & benefit, administration, employee relations), recommend changes to ensure policies & procedures in line with organization needs & labor law.
- To manage & supervise general service activities, asset management, and office services matters in order to support daily office operation; responsible to maintain & ensure validity of company's license .
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Psychology/Law/Management from reputable university
- Min. 5 years experience in HR & GA matter
- Strong Leadership, good interpersonal and communication skill, have a high sense of urgency, hard working
- Excellent knowledge in HR Management, Asset Management, Company License arrangement
- Good understanding of Lab! or Law & Income Tax Regulation
- Good understanding of local government procedures & constitution
- Understanding of ISO 9001: 2008 will be an advantage
- Computer literate
- Fluent in English both spoken and written
