Assistant Manager, Human Resources

The incumbent will be responsible to administer and ensure run smoothly of the recruitment, training and people development . Developing the system of personnel development program and assist HR Manager in HR matters.


Requirements:

  • Min. Bachelor Degree from reputable university, preferable major in Psychology / Management/ Social Science.
  • Min. 2 years experience in recruitment system and process, people development, developing and control for the human resources system and procedure, standard operating procedure (SOP) with min. 2 years in supervisory level.
  • Good understanding of HR functions.
  • Good knowledge and skill in people development field.
  • Good and effective communication skill.
  • Good negotiation skill.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken) and computer literate.
  • Highly independent and self motivated, good self confidence, good interpersonal skill, honest, reliable, creative, dynamic, well organized person,
  • Willing to work overtime, can work under pressure, can work individually as well as in a team.
