ASSISTANT TRAINING MANAGER (code: ATM)
Requirements:
- Maximum 30 years old
- Minimum Bachelor degree (S1) or Master's degree (S2) from reputable university majoring in Management, Human Resources or related field with GPA min 3.00
- Have experience minimum 2 years in Media Company ( Online / Magazine / newspaper Company)
- Proficiency in English language (written & spoken)
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Programs (word, Power Point, Excel, etc)
- Organize the training include: review list of the participants, distribution of materials and training, monitor trainee in training, support trainer in training.
- Taking responsibility for ensuring all training rooms / venues, equipment, catering arrangements, and other requirements are booked up or canceled in advance
- Keeping training records and files up to date, filing forms
- Strong written/ verbal communication skills
- Excellent administration, good in intrapersonal & interpersonal skills and working in team
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Energetic, detail oriented and creative
- Able to work under minimum supervision
