HR Manager

Requirements:

• Bachelor/Degree in labour laws
• Strong and practical knowledge of labour laws
• Minimum 5 years experience as HR Manager of a Manufacturing
• Company having labour union and minimum 500 employees
• Minimum 5 years experience in successful negotiations with
• Labour Union and on Perjanjian Kerja Bersama (PKB)
• Have good communication skill, can work as team an d under pressure
• Computer literate
• Knowledge of English language is added advantage
